Assistant Coach: Sarah Coffman

After a stellar college playing career, Sarah Coffman turns her attention to coaching the Lady Lions as the assistant basketball coach at Bryan College. As a player, Coffman was an All-Appalachian Athletic Conference performer at Bryan after transferring from Gardner Webb University, an NCAA-I institution. Her primary responsibilities will be coaching the junior varsity team, assisting the varsity in practices and games, and player development. “I am excited to work with Sarah”, said head Coach Jamy Bechler. “She is an impressive young lady. Her former teammates, coaches, and professors all have great things to say about her spiritual maturity and the way she interacts with people. The combination of her successful playing experience, psychology background and Christian faith will allow her to be a good coach at Bryan College.”
