Dining Hall Renovations
The Bryan Dining Hall, under the direction of Pioneer College Caterers needed a face lift and renovations to allow our catering service to provide better food and a more welcoming atmosphere for our students, faculty, staff and guests. The renovations included the addition of a made-to-order sub and sandwich line, a pizza and demonstration cooking line, a self-cooking station, a rotisserie, and expanded salad bar and main meal serving lines.
