Meet the Worldview Staff

Jason Glen, Assistant Director of Worldview Formation

Jason Truett Glen began serving as the Assistant Director of Worldview Formation in July, 2012, and is also a non-tenured faculty member in the Christian Thought division. Jason received his MA in Christian Ethics from Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary in Wake Forest, North Carolina and his BA in Biblical Studies from Southeastern College at Wake Forest. He previously studied theology at Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary for two years and Political Science at Texas A&M University for four years. Jason has ministered to college students for the past 14 years with the Navigators, Baptist Collegiate Ministries, and local churches. Jason has academic interests in ethics, continental philosophy, postmodernism, social justice, and worldview studies.

Jason met his wife, Ashlee S. Glen, while attending Texas A&M. They have been married since 1999 and live with their four daughters in Dayton, TN. The Glens enjoy the great outdoors, playing and watching sports, reading, and watching movies.

Andrew McPeak, Coordinator of Worldview Initiative

Andrew McPeak graduated from Bryan in 2011 with a Major in Liberal Arts, and was on staff with the Worldview Initiative for three and a half of his four years as a student at Bryan. While at Bryan, Andrew gained a variety of valuable experiences. Andrew spent two years as the President of SSTOP, which is an anti-human trafficking group at Bryan, and he spent the summer of 2010 serving with a missions organization called Word For the World, sharing the word of God to the people of India.

As Coordinator of the Worldview Initiative, he is gifted with the ability to travel and speak to youth all over the Eastern United States. Andrew hopes to continue to train and develop youth and young adult leaders into men and women with a passion for God for the rest of his life. He and his wife Anna were married in August of 2011, and live in Dayton, TN.

Associate Staff

Our associate staff, consisting of seventeen sophomores through senior students, was selected for the Worldview Initiative after a competitive application and interview process. They are involved in various academic departments and regularly serve on campus and in our community as members of Practical Christian Involvement ministry teams, Worship Leadership Team, and Student Government Association. Our associate staff is passionate about connecting with high school students and challenging them to think about Christianity through conversation and interaction.
