Athletes/Parents/Guardians-

The following pages (listed to the left) are meant to inform our athletes, as well as their parents/guardians, of the details of our secondary insurance policy, as well as our pre-participation physical process. Please review and be familiar with all of the information. This will assist both of us with expediting the physical process, and help if any claims should arise due to injury from athletic competition.

Parents/Guardians/Policy Holders: Please take note of the insurance information listed on this site. The Bryan College Athletic Insurance policy (Summit America) is considered to be secondary. You must first send all bills to your primary company for consideration, otherwise Bryan College will not be held responsible for unpaid claims. Parents/Guardians/Policy Holders, please refer to the information provided on this site as to how and when to file a claim.
