Meet the Statistics Consultants

Instructions for Making an Appointment

  • Visit WCONLINE and follow the steps to register an account username and password.  Then log in with your account.
  • Select the date, time, and tutor for your appointment from the AGS and Dual Enrollment Math/Stat Tutors schedule.  Remember to check with your instructor or in your online course to see if a specific tutor has been assigned for your class.
  • Click on any available time slot (marked as white) and enter the required information to make an appointment.  You can choose to meet “Online,” which means you and your tutor will discuss your questions in real time, or via “eTutoring,” which means your tutor will provide comments on your assignment for you to view at your convenience.
  • When it is time for your “Online” meeting or to download your “eTutoring” paper with comments, simply return to the website and click on your time slot.  Online meetings will be indicated in red and eTutoring meetings in green.

Jon Rowland

I graduated from the University of Memphis with degrees in accounting and finance in 1997 and a master’s degree in HR and management from Strayer University in 2011. I have used statistics over my 20 plus year career, from analyzing operations data, to call center quality, to nuclear engineering materials. I look forward to helping you understand how the use of statistics is something that will benefit you in your career. A fun fact about me is that not only am I a disabled veteran, but I also served the nation in our silent service, submarines.
