Our Goal, Vision, and Mission
Our Goal:
> To present to our audiences the images, realities, and consequences (both good
and bad) representative of the various worldviews
> To challenge our audiences to think from a biblically informed critical perspective
about those images, realities, and consequences
> To display to our audiences that Christianity is the best and only true worldview
paradigm
Our Vision:
To be willing and informed vessels for calling our audiences to:
> awaken from their slumber, apathetic or otherwise
> proactively love the God of the Bible because they realize his truth and relevance in
culture today, and for all times and all cultures
Our Mission:
To inspire and challenge first ourselves as the Worldview Team, and secondly our audiences the all to proactively strive to understand culture so that they will:
> be able to distinguish the difference between hollow and deceptive philosophies
based on human truth rather than those that are grounded in Jesus—the Logos
(word, wisdom) of God (Col 2:8)
> be in the world but not of the world (John 17:13-18)
> understand the times (1 Chron 12:13)
> take every thought captive (1 Cor 10:5)
> be able to give an answer for the hope that we have (1 Peter 3:15)
> be the salt of the earth (Matt 5:13)
> be equipped to use the world’s gods to communicate the truth of the one true God as
Paul did in Athens (Acts 17)
