About the Assistant Director
Bonnie-Marie Yager recently joined the Worldview Teams as Assistant Director, and comes to us with a truly impressive range of experiences, all of which will help take the Worldview Team to the next level of engagement and effectivness. Bonnie-Marie was born and raised in Harriman, TN, and, after graduating from Bryan College in 2007 with a B.A. in Political Communication, she traveled to Bratislava, Slovakia in order to assist fundraising and development for two non-profits Duha, a Crisis Center, and BERC, an English speaking school. Since her return to the United States, she has worked as the Director of Research for Worldwide Interactive Network which is an education and economic firm where she recently helped edited It’s the Educonomy, Stupid!, a book which explores the intersection of education and economic development. Along with her responsibilities for W.I.N., Bonnie-Marie has also served as the Director of Public Relations for The Refuge Tennessee, a ministry in Harriman for homeless women and families and is an active member of her church. She truly has a passion for helping the global body of Christ understand the intersection between our faith and all of life, especially when dealing with issues of how a Christian worldview perspective of humanity should drive our understanding of everything from the attrocities of human trafficking to the desperate need for mentoring in our every day lives.
