Classes leading to Bryan’s Master’s of Business Administration degree program will begin in August, and college officials are gratified with interest shown by prospective students.
Dr. Ray Smith, MBA program director, said the first cohort of students, who will begin the 18-month program in late August, is nearly full, and interest is picking up from individuals who plan to begin their MBA program in January 2007.
“We have a strong group of students who represent some of the leading companies in the Chattanooga area,” Dr. Smith said. “This confirms our belief that a MBA program grounded in Bryan’s strong academics and clear biblical commitment would meet a need in Southeast Tennessee.
“The primary emphasis of the program is to provide a functionally integrated and interactive course of study in business administration using an alternative delivery system that is designed to serve the needs of mid-career professionals.  Significant features of the program include leadership formation, academic rigor, technological competence, research orientation and service commitment.”
