New student arrival information
Arrival time for ALL new on- or off-campus students:
New students are scheduled to arrive on Saturday, August 23rd. Follow the signs for Mercer Hall.Resident students are encouraged to arrive as early in the day as possible to pick up their matriculation packets, move in and get settled. The packets will have your room key (if living on campus), mailbox number and combination, and other important information. Lunch will be the first "official meal" for new residential students.
Room assignments
Room assignments begin in mid-July. Students that have paid their $200 deposit and completed the Student Life on-line registration will be assigned a room. If you have a person in mind that you want to room with please indicate this in the comments box of the Housing Questionairre.
No room assignments will be made until the $200 deposit has been paid and received by BryanCollege. ($100 enrollment deposit + $100 room deposit)
Residence Hall housing information
- All single full-time students who have not reached the age of 22 by the end of the current semester and are not living at home or with immediate relatives in the area are required to live in college residence halls;
- The established rates for housing apply to all housing units;
- Room assignments are made by the Office of Student Life;
- Voicemail is provided for all resident students.
- All students, resident and commuter, will be assigned a Bryan College e-mail address. Important announcements and messages will be sent through the Bryan College e-mail address.
