"Our boys are coming along very well, and it didn't hurt that the weather was ideal. It was good to see Goetz running like he is capable. Buffington had a rough time in the middle miles, but held on nicely and Bradley is making the transition from a middle distance runner's mindset. These two are continually learning about themselves and competing at higher levels. Harper has loads of talent and it will be fun to see how much closer he gets to the older athletes as the season progresses. I was most happy with Dorn's effort today and how Hunter Hall was their as well. We had to pull Zach Mobley out just after three miles with a small foot injury, but he'll be good to go in two weeks in Louisville," said head coach Rodney Stoker.
The men will return to action when they compete at the Greater Louisvlle Classic on September 29th.
