Outlook 2007 E-mail Signature
How do I create a signature in Outlook 2007?
Open Outlook and create a new email (Microsoft Word 2007 will automatically open). Select Insert tab, select Signature in the Include group and select Signature to open Signature and Stationery.

Select the E-mail Signature tab and New to begin creating your signature. Enter your name in the in the “Type a name for this signature” In the Edit signature section, paste the default signature from the website. You can edit it save it to become your default signature.

Select this signature on the right for “New messages” and Replies/forwards”.

Click OK to exit the Signatures and Stationery. Do NOT create Personal Stationery. You can add other signatures if you wish to have a format, informal, friends, etc…. signatures.
Close your new email and create a new one. Your signature should be present.
