Built in 2006, Robinson Hall still has the unspoiled freshness of being the newest residence hall on campus and was designed with today's student in mind: providing plenty of places for hanging out with friends while retaining a quiet atmosphere for studying and resting. It is my prayer that you will find your place in our Robinson Hall family.

Hometown: Originally Auburndale, FL; but Dayton, TN, is my hometown now!Education: BA in Christian Education from Bryan College and MS in Management from Liberty University

Sports: Football (I love FSU and the Miami Dolphins)
Hobbies: Watching movies, party/event planning, decorating
Where I want to travel: Ireland, England, Alaska, Oregon, and Washington (the only three U.S. states I haven’t visited)

A random fact about myself: I am a certified scuba diver and nationally certified baseball coach
An interesting fact about my building: “North Hall” – as it was popularly referred to – opened its doors to students during August of 2006, but didn’t receive its official name until March of 2007.
My best residence life memory from college: Hanging out with friends – usually in the Lion's Den - playing UNO or video games or shooting pool or just spending time talking about life, hopes/dreams, and the nature of God.

Something I want to do before I die: Parachute
What made me want to be an RD: I love challenging students to apply their Christianity to everyday choices as I build relationships with them. As an RD, I have the opportunity to do this in various ways: holding students accountable for their choices, providing a sympathetic or empathetic ear when needed, speaking the Truth in love, modeling a balanced yet realistic lifestyle which includes my struggles and failures as well as my successes, encouraging leadership and support skills, teaching everyday life lessons, and providing a “mom-perspective” when needed.
What I love about Bryan: As a former student (alumnus) and current employee I particularly love that our motto and purpose have remained the same: to provide a solid, applicable Biblical foundation to students which forces them to THINK deeply and use what they learn. Because Bryan is a close community that encourages faculty, staff, and students to develop close relationships which allows them the opportunities to sharpen and stretch each other.

Why I wanted to become an RA: I wanted to become an RA to have a daily and intentional opportunity to minister to girls on a hall through providing support and prayer.
What I love about Bryan: I really love the small classes and the opportunity that that provides for professors to take a more personal interest in their students.

What I love about Bryan: As cliché as this sounds, one thing I love about Bryan is how conducive the environment is to learning. The professors really want their students to enjoy and grow through their classes, not just recite information.

Hobbies/Sports: Watching movies and sports, laughing with people, some photography, and pulling all-nighters just to see the sunrise (because I know I'll never be able to wake up that early).
A word that describes me: Adventurous-- and indecisive.
Favorite food: Popcorn, possibly.
Favorite TV show or movie: My favorite TV show is currently The Big Bang Theory, because you've just got to love Sheldon! I can't choose a favorite movie, but I can always watch Fried Green Tomatoes, The Sound of Music, and Driving Lessons.
Favorite music or band: I love pretty much all types of music from Praise and Worship to the radio's top hits--and everything in between.
Favorite Bible verse: My favorite verse is Isaiah 64:8 because it reminds me of a song I used to sing with my grandfather. Everytime I read that verse, it reminds me of the Godly leader that he was and inspires me to follow in his footsteps. Where I want to travel: EVERYWHERE! but if I had to choose just one thing to see, I think it would be the Egyptian pyramids.

Why I wanted to be an RA: To serve my fellow students.
What I like about Bryan: I love Bryan because of the amazing experiences I've had here so far. The students and professors both support and challenge me and are continually leading me to live a life for Christ.

Why I wanted to become an RA: I wanted to become an RA because I saw it as a unique opportunity to use my abilities to serve others and the Lord in a ways that will hopefully stretch me and prepare me for what the Lord has planned for me after Bryan.

Why I wanted to become an RA: I love people and want to make the most of my time at Bryan by investing in relationships.
What I love about Bryan: I love the people–students, staff and faculty. Because of the relationships I have here, I'm receiving more than just an education. The friends and professors that have invested into my life have molded and shaped the person I am.
