Welcome to Arnold Hall! My name is Bonnie Spallinger and this will be my second year as a Resident Director at Arnold Hall. I have recently moved from living in Germany for three years. There I worked as a missionary at an international boarding school for high school students. Now I am thrilled to have the opportunity to get to know you as your Resident Director. I am so glad that you are joining the Arnold community. I hope that you will consider Arnold Hall as your comfortable new home. Please do not hesitate to ask if you have any questions or concerns.

Why I wanted to become an RA: God made me a people person. I was that kid in school who was always getting in trouble for joking around and talking when I was supposed to be paying attention. This is just how I am wired. I love getting to know those around me, and finding something to laugh about. I wanted to become and RA because of this, I want to be there for the girls on my hall every day. My door will always be open for them, to come with problems, stories or whatever they need.
What I love about Bryan: I love the classic small school environment of Bryan. I love that I can know my fellow students well and that the professors can too. For all the joking about the emphasis on community at Bryan there really is a great support system here. I have grown in my faith and as a person since coming to school and Bryan has been a wonderful place for this.
