From the Director of the MBA at Bryan
I would like to thank you for your interest in our graduate program. Someone once remarked that luck is when preparation meets opportunity. Those of us involved with the MBA Program understand this concept, and we are in the business of preparing mid-career professionals to take advantage of those opportunities when they occur.
The MBA at Bryan provides an accredited graduate program in business that seeks to develop leaders and managers that can compete in an increasingly complex business environment. Our goal is that graduates of the program will be able to directly integrate management research, theory, skills, and abilities, as well as ethical practices, within their professional environments. The primary emphasis of the MBA at Bryan is to provide a functionally integrated and interactive course of study in business administration using an alternative delivery system that is designed to serve the needs of mid-career professionals.
The MBA curriculum adopts and implements three creative components: a cohort-based learning model, a fully integrated curriculum, and a transformational learning experience for personal and professional development. Graduates of Bryan College’s MBA Program will demonstrate moral and ethical decision-making skills, an ability to employ qualitative and quantitative analytical tools, an understanding of complex financial and economic indicators, an appreciation for the intricacies of strategic planning, and an ability to synthesize all the relevant course work to apply it to their specific companies.
