Mailbox Over Size Limit
if your mailbox is over its size limitThere are three levels of warning for BryanNet email. When you mailbox is at 80% of capacity you will receive a warning. When you mailbox is at 90% capacity you will receive a warning and will not be able to send email. When your mailbox is at 100% you will receive a warning and will not be able to send or receive email. As the warning email states you should be sure to empty your Deleted Items folder. If you are using Outlook you should right-click the Deleted Items icon and click "Empty 'Deleted Items' folder." (See picture below)

If you are using BryanNet Webmail you can empty your Deleted Items folder by right-clicking on the Deleted Items icon on the Folder List and the click Empty Deleted Items. NOTE: If your folder list is not visible click the Show/Hide Folders button.

If you have already emptied your Deleted Items folder and you are still at your limit you can attempt deleting messages with attachments in your Inbox and Sent Items folder. (i.e. video, music, pictures, PowerPoint shows, etc.) and then empty your Deleted Items again.
To view the folder list if you are using Outlook 2003, click Go, then click Folder List. Now you can look through all your email folders for attachments to delete.


To view your folder list in BryanNet Webmail simply click on the Folders button on the left pane.
