The Lady Lions volleyball team will cap its season with a trip to the NCCAA national tournament Nov. 29-Dec. 1.

     After second-place finishes in both the Appalachian Athletic Conference and NAIA Region XII tournaments, the Lions accepted a bid to the NCCAA tournament, to be held at Northwestern College in St. Paul, Minn.

     The team will open play Thursday against tournament hosts Northwestern Eagles, then will face Indiana Wesleyan University and the Southwestern Assemblies of God University Lions, from Waxahachie, Texas. Championship matches are set for Saturday.
