St. Paul, MN-- The Lady Lions Volleyball team has an uphill battle today to keep their season alive. The Lions dropped two matches to host Northwestern University and #1 Indiana Wesleyan yesterday in pool play. Northwestern was beaten by Southwestern Assemblies of God, keeping the Lions's hopes alive, but Bryan must now upset the #4 SouthWestern Assembly of God Lions to force a three-way tie for second.
"We showed first-time jitters in our first match of the day, and IWU was just a better team then us in our second. If our girls can find themselve and focus today, we have a good chance for an upset," commented Bryan's Coach Leo Sayles. Follow The Lady Lions In Action!
