There are also 19 college staff and student residence buildings on or near the campus, as well as a variety of athletic facilities (baseball and soccer fields, swimming pool, tennis courts) which must be maintained. The Physical Plant staff employees are augmented by student workers and provide the following campus support services:

- Landscaping and grounds maintenance
- Environmental (custodial) services
- Campus nightwatch program
Reporting Maintenance Problems:
Students, faculty members, or administrative staff with a maintenance problem should contact us by email or by calling the campus work order hotline at extension 470. Please leave your name, telephone number, location, and a brief description of the problem and someone will return your call and ensure that your problem is taken care of as soon as possible.
The Physical Plant staff also performs a night watchman security function from 9 p.m. until 7 a.m. the following day. The night watchman patrols the campus and is available to provide emergency maintenance when needed.
