Full-time faculty / tenure track – Assistant Professor in Exercise & Health Science 

Bryan College

Position

Initial rank and salary are dependent upon credentials and previous experience. Strong preference will be given to candidates with an earned doctorate in the discipline, and experience teaching academic and physical activity courses at the college level. A master’s degree is required.

Course assignments may include, but not be limited to, Concepts of Physical Fitness, Safety Education & First Aid, Kinesiology, Measurement & Evaluation, weight training, conditioning, and aquatic-related courses. The successful candidate may be required to take certification courses through the American Red Cross, the American College of Sports Medicine, the National Strength & Conditioning Association, and/or the American Council on Exercise. 

Full-time faculty teach a 12-hour load each semester, serve on committees as assigned, advise students within the department, and participate in the spiritual and social life of the College.
