Editing Faculty Bio Pages

The Faculty Bio Pages pull data from multiple areas: 

1.   The top portion of the page that includes instructor's name, e-mail, phone number, and box number are all pulled from eCAMS data that is entered by the H.R. Dept.

      2.       The next section includes the "Personal Homepage" link (if applicable)

      3.       The third and largest section of the page is information that can be entered by the Faculty member themselves on eFaculty. Below are instructions on how to do this.

    Here is an example page with each of the previously mentioned sections:



To edit your Faculty Bio in eFaculty, go to eFaculty and click on the link to the left titled "Online Bio"


Once you click on the "Online Bio" link, you will be prompted to enter your username and password.

After you've logged in, you can edit each of the fields which you see on the Bio page through an easy to use drop down box system:



Simply click on the "Category" drop down, select the section you'd like to edit, and type the information into the "Description" field. When you are done with one, click "Add New" to create a new drop down box and description field.
