The Lions traveled to Asbury to extend their winning streak to 5 in a row. Unfortunately, they were unable to continue their winning streak, but they are still undefeated. Rafael Correa found the back of the net about 20 minutes into the game off an assist from Carlos (Jota) Pedro da Silva. Asbury came back quickly and tied the game about 5 minutes later. The rest of the game was hard-fought and very heated. Neither team could find the net again during the rest of regulation or in the 20 minutes of overtime. This is a dissapointing tie for the Lions, one which they will have to learn from and then move past quickly. Bryan now has a week to prepare for their first conference match against King. The match will be at 7:30 next Saturday at home.
