On December 30 a group of 28 students and friends of the college will fly from Atlanta to London to enjoy ten days touring many historical, artistic, and theatrical locations in England.  The tour, led by professors Dr. Mel Wilhoit and Mr. Bernie Belisle, will include visits to the Tower of London, Kensington Palace, Stonehenge, the Roman Baths, Windsor Castle, St. George's Chapel, Westminster Abbey, Hampton Court, Canterbury, and St. Paul's Cathedral.

“Students love the London trip," Dr. Wilhoit states, "because it’s a living laboratory of the history of Western Civilization—standing in the middle of Stonehenge or Canterbury Cathedral or Shakespeare’s Globe Theatre—absolutely amazing!”

Other museum and art gallery opportunities will include the Tate Gallery, the British Museum, and the National Gallery.  A highlight at the Globe Theatre will be the Shakespearean workshop conducted by a Globe Company actor.  In addition, there will be six opportunities to take in theatre performances.
Scheduled every other year, this will be Bryan's seventh London Tour.  Click here for information about the 2007 London Fine Arts Tour.
