Midnight Madness Held

On the first day of practice--October 1st, 2007--the Lady Lions joined up with the men's squad and nearly 300 other students at Summers Gymnasium for the annual "Midnight Madness" event. 
The event featured many contests and games for the student body. Music played over the speakers as students shot hoops to win various gift-certificates and cash. After the contests, the 2007-08 basketball teams were introduced to the fans.
A three-point contest, 2-ball shooting contest and slam dunk contest preceeded the men's intrasquad game. It was a fun night for everyone involved and raised interest in the upcoming season.
