Recycling Program

During 2010-2011, Bryan College Enactus (formerly SIFE) placed 22 blue recycling bins around campus so that students, faculty, and staff can help conserve resources through recycling paper.  Throughout the year, over 4,000 pounds of paper was recycled.

Bryan Enactus is proud to introduce a new phase of the recycling program and will begin recycling cans and plastics as well.  Enactus believes that environmental sustainability is a critically important practice and that establishing a solid recycling program on campus will help raise awareness about environmental conservation.

The money collected from the recycling is donated to MainStreet Dayton, a local organization that strives to promote Dayton businesses and to attract entrepreneurs to this area.
