ATTENTION: A NUMBER OF THINGS HAVE CHANGED ABOUT PROCTORING PROCEDURES
StudentsCome to Sam Youngs’ faculty office (Anderson Annex, top floor) during the listed hours in order to receive and fill-out a Student Form. Once filled-out with all the relevant information, drop the Student Form off to Sam Youngs. If it Mr. Youngs is not in, there will be a designated place for you to place your form.
Note: The Form requires you to sign-off that you have discussed the proctoring arrangements already with your professor. Be sure to clear all proctored exam arrangements with the professor of the relevant course BEFORE you come to Mr. Youngs’ office.
You can also e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org your preferred exam date and time within our proctoring hours.
You are responsible for scheduling an exam appointment within the time specified by your instructor. Please make your appointment as early as possible.
- Your student will fill out the Student Form. The Proctoring Coordinator (Sam Youngs) will use this Form to email you the relevant information pertaining to the proctored exam.
- Near the beginning of the term, you will have been given some copies of Instructor Forms. If you run out of these or misplace them, you can print another copy of the Instructor Form from the link on the ASC homepage. Please fill this Form out and bring it to Sam Youngs’ faculty office (Anderson Annex, top floor) with a copy of the relevant exam. This will give Mr. Youngs’ all the information he needs to properly proctor the exam.
- You may also, if desired, mail your exam and form to box 7818, OR email them to email@example.com.
