Enrollment verifications may be obtained by calling 423.775.7236, coming by the Registrar’s Office, or e-mailing firstname.lastname@example.org. Please supply us with the following information:
- Student name
- Social security number
- Semester(s) needed for verification
- Address or fax number to which we should send the verification.
- Policy information we may need to include as identification to your insurance company (f applicable)
We process these requests as quickly as possible; however, we appreciate having a 48-hour notice.
