Bryan College Community Children's Choir

The Bryan College Community Children's Choir, under the direction of Mrs. Jane Barnett (assistant directors, Natalie Hughes and Randy Bright), is made up of children in grades 4 through 8; members are expected to attend weekly rehearsals on Mondays, 4:15 - 5:00 p.m. in Room 109 of Rudd Auditorium.  Fees are $25 per semester. Auditions for new members will be held on Thursday, August 29, 2013, or January 9, 2014, at 4:00 p.m.

Choir members work on sight reading skills, vocal production, blend, balance, and learning and memorizing music for concerts. The choir's repertoire includes classical, spiritual, and traditional sacred music; and children have opportunities to perform in their own concerts as well as in local community events, such as the Dayton Holiday Stroll and the Horse and Buggy Parade.

The Children's Choir performs at Centennial Park in downtown Dayton
