The Bryan Institute for Critical Thought and Practice is made up of five centers and two affiliate programs. The Institute, under the direction of Dr. J. Daryl Charles, supports our institutional goals by promoting a full-orbed, integrative approach to Christian liberal arts education that is foundational to intellectual pursuit and vocational callings. Central to the institute's work and mission is the organization and hosting of stimulating academic seminars in which Christian scholars who compete at the highest levels of scholarly inquiry address topics that are at the nexus of faith and culture. Podcasts of our past seminars are available for download. The Institute's bi-monthly publication, Illumine, is also available for download; or you may sign up to receive each issue via USPS mail.
