Food Services Director

Pioneer College Caterers, Inc., was established in 1973 with a vision to provide the highest quality food service available to the students, faculty and staff of Christian colleges and universities. Today, that vision still holds fast as we have grown nationwide, serving in more than twenty states coast-to-coast.

Pioneer is proud to partner with the Council for Christian Colleges & Universities, an international association of over 100 Christ-centered institutions of higher learning.

The Pioneer staff is excited to be part of the Bryan campus community. In addition to our regular fare that is nutritious, varied, and tasty, we have regularly scheduled Pioneer Treats and monthly specials.

In addition, many of our food bars offer a selection of both meat options as well as a variety of vegetables and other proteins to choose from. Even at our made-to-order bars you have the freedom to choose what ingredients you would like in your dish. We also offer a self cook bar that has a selection of ingredients for you to make your own creation. If there is something you don’t see and would like to have, come see me and perhaps I have it already and it is simply not out that day or I may be able to get it.

My hope is that you are able to have a satisfactory diet and I am here to help you achieve that. We hope you will join us for meals often.
