As an employee of the college, you will have the opportunity to minister to your fellow employees, students, the local community, and beyond the hill. The statement of belief and our standards of conduct are included in every employment application, which gives us the assurance that everyone we work with shares the same core values and beliefs that we do. Bryan’s benefits package reflects our core values. Family and a balance between work and life are reflected in the paid vacation time, family sick leave, and wellness and healthcare initiatives.
