Pioneer College Caterers, Inc., was established in 1973, with a vision to provide the highest quality food service available to the students, faculty and staff of Christian colleges and universities. Today, that vision still holds fast, as we have grown nationwide, serving in more than twenty states coast-to-coast.

Pioneer is proud to partner with the Council for Christian Colleges & Universities, an international association of over 100 Christ-centered institutions of higher learning.


The Pioneer staff is excited to be part of the Bryan campus community. In addition to our regular fare that is nutritious, varied, and tasty, we have regularly scheduled Pioneer Treats and monthly specials. We hope you will join us for meals often.
