Helpdesk voicemail is monitored even outside of office hours, so please leave a message if no one is able to answer your call.

I.T. Services supports approved Bryan College hardware and software for faculty, staff, and students. Feel free to contact the Helpdesk for any Bryan College telephone, voicemail, cable TV, or computer questions or requests. Many common questions are also answered in an online Frequently Asked Questions.

IT Services Helpdesk System

The Helpdesk uses a web-based program maintained by helpdesk.bryan.edu called GLPI. After you submit a request to the Helpdesk, you will receive e-mail notifications from GLPI regarding the status of your request; this is a normal part of the Helpdesk system:
