I.T. Services supports approved Bryan College hardware and software for faculty, staff, and students. Feel free to contact the Helpdesk for any Bryan College telephone, voicemail, CATV, or computer questions or requests. Many common questions are also answered in an online "Frequently Asked Questions" so feel free to visit the I.T. Services FAQ.
IT Services Heldpesk System
The Helpdesk uses a web-based program created and maintained by www.schooldude.com called "IT Direct." After you submit a request to the Helpdesk, you may receive notifications from "IT Direct" regarding the status of your request; this is a normal part of the Helpdesk system. You are able to adjust the settings controlling which notifications you receive, if any are desired, by following the link below. You can also submit a helpdesk request online by following the link below
Follow this link to adjust your notification settings or submit a request online.
To adjust your Helpdesk notification settings: After clicking on the link above, enter your email address when prompted (the same address where you have received your notifications) and press “Submit" (or click "yes" if your contact information is already filled in at this point). Go to the “settings” tab on the page that appears and then choose the options you desire. After you are done, put in the password “bryan” where it says “Password” and then press “Submit.”
