Bryan College will kick off its schedule of high school visit events with the annual Labor Day on the Hill Sept. 5.
“The vision for Labor Day on the Hill is to have an event when high school students are out of school, but Bryan students are still in class,” Campus Visit Coordinator Hannah Johnson said. “It will be a normal functioning college school day so they get the chance to see that.”
High school students–mostly juniors and seniors–will arrive on campus in the morning and the event ends in mid-afternoon. “There are going to be campus tours, a chance for students to attend chapel, lunch, and classes,” Mrs. Johnson said. “They will also be able to hear information about missions, financial aid, and the spiritual formation office. It’s basically a day in the life of a Bryan student, and they will be able to hear things of value to them in their college search.”
