Bryan’s second annual Nature Art Show has opened in the Henning Museum of Natural History, featuring works by students, faculty and staff.
Dr. Todd Wood, museum director, said 36 pieces have been chosen for exhibit through April 27 between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. daily. “We have photographs; paintings in acrylic, oil, and water color; and drawings depicting some aspect of the natural world,” he said. Subjects range from frogs to flowers.
Prizes will be presented in three categories–student, faculty and staff, and People’s Choice–during an awards ceremony Thursday, March 15, at 3 p.m. in the Henning Museum located on the south end of Mercer Hall’s first floor.
