May 22, 2017 – Bryan College’s marketing program was ranked No. 4 in a recent poll of the top 10 marketing programs in the country conducted by Christian Universities Online.
“We are thrilled with this recognition of the quality we have sought to create in the marketing courses in the Department of Business and Economics,” said Dr. Adina Scruggs, Chair of the Department of Business and Economics. “The depth and breadth of our marketing courses, including some digital certifications, help to keep our marketing graduates on the cutting edge in the ever-changing field of marketing.”
Many students in the marketing program participate in Bryan’s Enactus chapter, a group that helps prepare them with skills and knowledge to help advance their careers in business. The group participates in several regional and national Enactus competitions throughout the year that allow students to network and build relationships with potential employers.
“In the fields of Marketing and Communication, Bryan College offers five undergraduate degree programs, namely the Bachelor of Science in Integrated Marketing Communication; the Bachelor of Arts in Marketing; the Bachelor or Sciences in Business Administration with a Marketing option; the Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies; the Bachelor of Science in Communication, Media & Culture with a Corporate Communication option. Bryan College’s Marketing (B.A.) major is offered through the Department of Economics and Business and is a small, focused major designed to enhance and complement another major. Meanwhile, the College’s Communication Studies (B.A.) major is a much broader program and offers a variety of options or concentrations for students to pursue.”
