Interactive Panel (Rachel Pacurari, Clark Rose, and Kim Tuttle) facilitated by Chris Hawkins on the topic of “Coping with Stress and Anxiety”.
Dr. Clark Rose has been with Bryan College for 16 years. He is a Tenured Professor of Psychology and Chair of the Psychology Department. He is a Licensed Professional Counselor and a Mental Health Service Provider with the State of Tennessee. Clark is a Tennessee native having been born in Chattanooga, TN while attending Boyd-Buchanan School (K-6) and McCallie School (7-12). He earned his Bachelor of Arts in English Literature with a Business Minor and a Master of Science in Mental Health Counseling from The University of Tennessee Knoxville. He earned his doctorate in Counseling Psychology from The University of Georgia. He worked in the mental health field for several years serving adolescents and adults. Clark has been married for 22 years to Yvonne, a professor in the Exercise & Health Science Department at Bryan College. They have 2 young adult children, Annessa and Reece.
Rachel Pacurari serves as the Director of Counseling Services at Bryan College. Directly after graduating from Bryan in May of 2012, Rachel married Nick and moved to New Orleans to attend New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary. In May of 2016, she graduated with a Master of Arts in Marriage and Family Counseling. During her internship experience in the heart of New Orleans, the Lord continued to bring young adult women to her office and she fell in love with counseling individuals 17-25 years of age. Her husband Nick is the Resident Director of Woodlee-Ewing, so they live on-campus with their 2 children, Lia (3) and Nico (9 months).
