Financial Aid Notification
New Students
Once you have been
accepted for admission and your
FAFSA has been received and processed, you will receive a financial aid award letter in the mail. The award letter will reflect all
scholarships/grants,
federal/state aid,
campus employment and
student loans. You do not have to return the award letter if you accept the conditions of the award. If you wish to decline any of the awards, check the box next to the award and return the award letter to the Financial Aid Office.
Generally, the Financial Aid Office begins mailing award letters to accepted students in March. If your financial aid changes after you have received your award letter, either because of a change in eligibility, additional awards added, or per your request, a revised award letter will be sent. You should retain a copy of all correspondence from the Financial Aid Office for your records, after reading it carefully and making sure that you understand the information within.
If you do not receive an award letter or request for additional information/documents from the Financial Aid Office by mid-May, please contact us at
finaid@bryan.edu.
