Application Process

Students must meet the following criteria in order to dual enroll

  • Students must be at least 16 years old and have completed their sophomore year of high school
  • Must have a minimum 3.0 GPA
  • Must meet computer requirements

Application Process

(This process is for new online students only. Students who have previously taken an online class only need to complete an Online Registration Form.)
  • Complete the Online Application
  • Mail official high school transcript OR ACT/SAT scores (both may be required for some students)
  • Pay the one-time $15 application fee by mailing a check or calling the office to pay by credit/debit card

We will email you as soon as we receive each of these items. 

Tuition Payment

  • Tuition cost: $133 per credit for dual enrolled high school students
                       $266 per credit for high school graduates
  • Tennessee residents may apply for the $300 Dual Enrollment Grant
  • Tuition must be paid two weeks prior to the beginning of the session
  • Payment by credit/debit card or check are accepted
  • Student account information will be emailed the week before class begins, as long as the application process is complete and we have received your payment.

Online Student Account

An online account is created for each student. Students access the account with a username & password that is issued after registration. Tests, quizzes, and assignments are accessed and completed through the online account.  Students will also receive a Bryan College email address that will be used by the professor.
