From its modest beginning in 1930, the present campus of 16 major buildings set on the beautiful Bryan Hill 128-acre campus emerged.  

Campus Facilities

Bryan's main college buildings are used to support a variety of typical college functions (academic classrooms, administration, residence halls, athletics, student life activities, maintenance, etc.). In addition, there are 22 college staff and student residence buildings on or near the campus, as well as a variety of athletic facilities (baseball, softball, and soccer fields, swimming pool, tennis courts).

Physical Plant Staff

The Physical Plant staff maintains 14 main college buildings on the 125-acre campus which are used to support a variety of typical college functions (academic classrooms, administration, dormitories, athletics, student life activities, maintenance, etc.). There are also 19 college staff and student residence buildings on or near the campus, as well as a variety of athletic facilities (baseball and soccer fields, swimming pool, tennis courts) which must be maintained.  The Physical Plant staff employees are augmented by student workers and provide the following campus support services:
  • Building and infrastructure maintenance
  • Landscaping and grounds maintenance
  • Environmental (custodial) services
  • Campus patrol services

Reporting Maintenance Problems 

Students, faculty members, or administrative staff with a maintenance problem should contact us by email, by submitting an online form, or by calling the campus work order hotline at extension 470. Please leave your name, telephone number, location, and a brief description of the problem and someone will return your call and ensure that your problem is taken care of as soon as possible.
