All-College Picnic

  • On the first Saturday morning after classes begin, you will board a shuttle to Fort Bluff and enjoy a fun-filled day at the Annual All-College Picnic. 
  • Shuttles will run from the Student Center Parking Lot at 10:00, 10;30, 11:00, and 11:30 am
  • 250-foot Water Slide will be open 10 am - noon
  • BBQ lunch will be served at noon
  • The Blob & Iceberg will be open 1 - 3 pm
  • Shuttles back to campus will run at 1:00, 1:30, 2:00, 2:30, and 3:00 pm
  • Other activities will include field games, frisbee, swimming, putt-putt golfing, hiking, fishing, and canoeing.
NOTE:  In accordance to the policies of our host, Ft. Bluff Camp, we will observe the following standards at the All-College Picnic:
  • Swimsuits for women: modest one-piece suits
  • T-shirts must be worn over swimsuits
  • Swimsuits for men: boxer style trunks

Directions

  1. Follow Bryan Drive to Hwy 30.
  2. Turn right on to Hwy 30. Travel 0.4 mi.
  3. Turn right on Market St./Hwy 30. Travel 0.2 mi.
  4. Turn left at Dayton Mountain Hwy/Hwy 30. Travel 4.8 mi. to the top of the mountain.
  5. Turn left at Ogden Road (443W).
  6. Drive one mile to the Fort Bluff Camp entrance on the left, and you will be directed where to park.
