When You Arrive on Campus

Check-in will be on Friday from 2 - 3 p.m. Check-in tables will be located just outside the Admissions Department on the second floor of the Mercer Hall. Visitor parking is located behind Mercer Hall and between the Latimer Student Center and Rudd Auditorium. We suggest you review and print a copy of the campus map so that you can easily find these locations.

Schedule

Click here for a tentative schedule. At check-in you will receive a schedule booklet that will detail all optional activities and provide descriptions of the various sessions available to you and your family while you are here. It will also communicate the time and location if you elect to take part in a faculty interview.

Attire

Dress for the Saturday interviews and auditions is business attire.

The Friday afternoon Departmental Open House and evening banquet are dressy but not formal.  Casual attire such as jeans, shorts, sweatshirts/pants, athletic shoes and flip flops are not appropriate for these venues.  For ladies: dressy tops, skirts, slacks or dresses and dressy shoes are appropriate.  For men, that would include dress or khaki slacks with a dress shirt and dress shoes.

For campus modesty guidelines, see pages 30-32 of the 2011-2012 Student Handbook.
