Procedure for Releasing an Academic Transcript

To obtain a copy of your academic transcript, you must submit a written request (not an email) to the Records Office.

Please include the following information: Your name (and any maiden or former names), your current address, your dates of attendance or graduation, your social security number, the address(es) you want your transcript sent to, and your signature.

Also, all accounts with the college must be clear and all student loans must be in good standing.

Transcript cost is $5 per copy. If you need a rush transcript (within 48 hours) the cost is $20 per copy plus the cost of postage.
