Visit Bryan + Admissions

Visits provide prospective students (and families) a chance to get to know Bryan College through experiences like campus tours, chapel, dining in the cafeteria, sitting in on classes, meeting with professors or coaches, and the most valuable thing we offer, a chance to meet and interact with our current students.

Visit Times

Our office accommodates visitors from 9:00 AM until 4:00 PM Monday - Friday.  Expect to spend at least 2 hours to be able to get a quick overview and about 5 hours if you wish to attend class, go to chapel, and enjoy lunch in the dining hall.

Standard Visit Includes

  • Tour of campus (Tours are normally offered 10am, 2pm, and 3pm)
  • Meeting with an admissions counselor to address questions about majors of interest, scholarship information, community life at Bryan, the admissions process, and more.

Other Visit Opportunities (Subject to Availability and Advance Scheduling)

  • Lunch in the Dining Hall
  • Visit a class
  • Attend Chapel (Monday, Wednesday, Friday)
  • Meeting with a professor or coach
  • Overnight residence hall visit (Monday-Thursday, 3 business days notice required)
  • Audition for music or theatre faculty
  • Attending various events on campus such as plays, concerts, and ministry events

When You Arrive on Campus

Please come to the admissions department located on the second floor of the administration building. We suggest you look at, and print a copy of the campus map so that you can easily find this location as well as the visitor parking.

Overnight Visit

Overnight visits in the residence halls are only available to prospective students over the age of 16, and are available only Monday-Thursday with at least a 3 business days notice.  Parents and other family members may stay in one of the Dayton hotels, many of which offer Bryan College discounts.
You will want to bring:

  • Bedding (sleeping bag or air mattress)
  • Pillow
  • Personal toiletries
  • Towels
  • Alarm Clock
