Visiting ATC's Information
To Visiting Team Athletic Trainers:
We would like to welcome you to Bryan College. On behalf of our staff, we would like to provide you with the following medical information regarding your visit to Bryan College. The following is a list of supplies and services that we will offer to you and your athletes:
- A certified athletic trainer will be present at all sport venues.
- Water, cups, ice, and emergency equipment (AED, splint, crutches, etc.).
- The athletic training facility will be open before and after all events. The athletic training room is located adjacent to Summers Gymnasium at the gym floor level.
- Our athletic training facility has modalities (moist heat packs, ultrasound, and E-stim unit), a taping station, and warm/cold whirlpools for your use and the use of your athletes.
- If a certified athletic trainer will not be traveling with your team, please notify us in advance. Please utilize our web form to inform us of your team's and individual athlete's needs. Also, please include with your team any items or supplies that would be necessary to help us care for your athletes.
- Please notify us if a Certified Athletic Trainer will not be present during a competition at your site, so we can make accommodations to travel with our team.
- Our local hospital is Rhea Medical Center. The number for the emergency department is (423)775-1121.
