Biography

Dr. Jennifer Williams is an assistant professor and the head of the Education Department here at Bryan. Her graduate work focused on Curriculum & Instruction in the context of Early Childhood and for Gifted students.  She holds a Tennessee teaching license with endorsements in Preschool-12 Special Education and K-12 gifted education.  Dr. Williams has over 20 years of experience teaching in both private and public PreK-5th grade classrooms.  She enjoys creating curricula for younger students and spent several years as a Curriculum Coordinator for an inclusive preschool setting. She has presented at several national conferences guiding teachers to design lessons that include a variety of learners.
