Your college experience is a transformative journey, no matter what stage you’re at. It’s your time to explore academic interests, foster personal growth, connect with campus resources, and chart your path towards successful degree completion. To help you intentionally maximize your college experience, we offer the TruMotivate assessment — a powerful resource designed to reveal your personal motivations and enhance your self-awareness.

TruMotivate goes beyond conventional scenario-based assessments. Instead, it delves into your unique personal stories, providing valuable insights that help you understand and articulate your inherent value. You can apply these insights to inform your academic decision-making and support your personal growth throughout your college career.

We encourage you to take advantage of this resource. By understanding your motivations, you can make more informed choices about your academic path, extracurricular activities, and future career goals.

Bryan was the place I needed when I did not know what I needed. My plan was to be on the volleyball team, get a degree, and get out. But boy was I wrong, God had different plans. People at Bryan saw things in me that I would have never seen on my own. I was asked to be an RA and then to be a TA and more and more people were counting on me for different things and I had no clue why. I found that I actually was not the believer that I thought I was and my mentor poured into me in ways I could not ask for. I saw Jesus through the people at Bryan which led me to have a real relationship with Him and I am forever thankful for that. I decided my time was not over at Bryan when I took my position as the student success coach in the ARC. I want to pour into the lives of students the way that my professors, RD, coaches, and staff, poured into my life.
