One of our most popular degree programs, Bryan College's fun, practical, and hands-on EHS major will assist and enable you to pursue careers in health, fitness, and sports professions.

Our EHS major provides you with a solid academic foundation for continued study in various health-related professions. Choose one of these options to tailor your degree to your interests.

Why study Exercise & Health Science at Bryan?

Our students develop close relationships with each other and with faculty mentors, such as physical education teachers, coaches, athletic trainers, and athletic directors. This sense of community fosters personal growth in all areas of their lives. We also emphasize local and international experiences (such as the ACTS program) that prepare our students to interact with people of varied backgrounds.
