Course Registration

Please review the below information before registering.

Summer 2020 registration is now open. 

SUMMER 2020
  • Summer Session 1: May 11- June 14
  • Summer Session 2: June 15 - July 19
  • Application deadline: April 17, 2020 (Use BCLIONS-DE as application waiver code)
  • Course registration: March 23rd, 2020 – May 1st, 2020*
  • Tuition or grant application due: Tuition due May 1st, 2020 or the grant application completed (must pay any anticipated balance not covered by the grant up front).**
  • Cost: $160 per credit hour for DE students + $20 non-refundable course fee ($500 for 3-credit course; $660 for 4-credit course). $380 per credit hour for Non-Degree students.
  • *Any registrations after tuition due date will require payment first before being allowed to register unless you have already applied for the TN DE Grant. After the 1st, if using the DEG, you will pay first then wait for DEG to reimburse you. **If payment is not received by this date, you may be dropped from the course.
FALL 2020
  • Dates: August 17, 2020 – December 10, 2020
  • Application deadline: August 1st, 2020
  • Course registration: July 1st, 2020 – August 10th, 2020 (any registrations after the tuition deadline will require payment first before being allowed to register. If using the TN DE Grant, you will pay first then wait for DEG to reimburse you.)
  • Tuition due or grant application submitted by August 1st, 2020. Students may be dropped from the course if tuition has not been paid by the deadline.
  • Cost $160 per credit hour for DE students + $20 non-refundable course fee - $500 for 3-cr course, $660 for 4-cr course
SPRING 2021
  • Dates: January 11, 2021 - May 6, 2021
  • Application deadline: December 1st, 2020
  • Course registration: October 19, 2020 - December 15, 2020 (any registrations after the tuition deadline will require payment first before being allowed to register. If using the TN DE Grant, you will pay first then wait for DEG to reimburse you.)
  • Tuition due or grant application submitted by December 15, 2020. Students may be dropped from the course if tuition has not been paid by the deadline.
  • Cost $160 per credit hour for DE students + $20 non-refundable course fee - $500 for 3-cr course, $660 for 4-cr course
DUAL-ENROLLMENT STUDENTS
  • All new students must apply for acceptance and be notified by the Dual Enrollment office of their acceptance before registering for courses.
  • Dual Enrollment students may only register for 100 and 200-level course.
  • Dual enrollment students may register for a maximum of 12 credit hours for both fall and spring semesters. For summer sessions, a maximum of 6 credit hours per session is allowed.
Onsite Dual Enrollment Students
Obtain a paper registration form by contacting the Dual Enrollment office, located in Mercer Hall, room 133. The paper form may then be returned to the Office of the Registrar located in Mercer Hall, room 202, on the Bryan College Campus.
