Requirements

Eighteen hours are required for a minor in Data Analytics:

• CSI116 Programming I (3 hours)
• CSCI241 Introduction to Database Development (3 hours)
• CSCI331 Data Visualization (3 hours)
• MATH335 Big Data: Applied Analytics (3 hours)
• ONE of the following:
  • MATH115 College Algebra (3)
  • MATH117 Precalculus (4)
  • MATH122 Calculus I (4)
• ONE of the following: (3 hours)
  • MATH211 Elementary Statistics
  • MATH242 Statistics for Scientists & Engineers*

*Has prerequisite of MATH221
